The pleasures of life
Authentic, pure and honest - these values also take centre stage in our kitchen. Our kitchen team has mastered the balancing act between typical South Tyrolean cuisine, an Italian attitude to life and the variety of international cuisine.
This combination, together with the best products from our region, without the use of additives, and with a focus on seasonality and freshness, ensures that our cuisine offers a new flavor sensation every day.
Working with local producers has always been close to our hearts. Our bread is delivered fresh every day from the village bakery Happacher, milk, butter, yoghurt and cheese come from the local cheese dairy. On our breakfast buffet you will find goat's cheese from the Unteroltl farm dairy, and South Tyrolean Speck cured ham and sausages from the Villgrater village butcher's shop.
In the evening we treat you to a menu filled with the best regional products, also from the Villgrater butcher's shop and other local producers.
We can only cater for allergies and intolerances to a limited extent - please contact us before booking.
Our offer for our Half Board guests with discerning palates:
Enjoy our ample buffet breakfast for the best start of the day.
In the evening our chef will spoil you with a 3-course dinner mainly consisting of typical South-Tyrol specialities and a fresh salad buffet.
We would be grateful if you could make your evening menu selections in the morning.
Our last minute offer
Enjoy our ample buffet breakfast to start the day in the best possible way. And if you decide that you would like to have dinner with us, on the breakfast table you will find the evening menu of the day. During your breakfast you can also choose your evening menu.
To enable us to give you the best service, we recommend that if at all possible you choose your favourite solution - Half Board OR Bed & Breakfast - at the moment of booking.
The kindness and helpfulness of Marlene and her family immediately made us feel at home. The hotel is in a great position to explore the Puster Valley. A special mention must go to the food, typical of the location, always in good quantity and extremely high quality.
